We were so thrilled to have Sandy as our realtor In Clayton.  She found us the perfect home, in the perfect place on a lovely creek.  She was efficient, knowledgeable professional and extremely receptive to our needs.  When she couldn’t find us a suitable home on the water in Georgia, she drove us across the border into North Carolina. Sandy was tireless in her quest to find me the perfect mountain home.  Our search took us across north Georgia and western North Carolina and I cannot guess how many miles she cheerfully put on her car as she showed me beautiful properties that illustrated just how well she had listened to my wants and needs.  When I finally put an offer on a house, the timing was awkward as I was leaving for a three week trip to Australia.  Not a problem--Sandy arranged the necessary inspections and kept me up to date by phone and text so I was never out of the loop or worried that details were being ignored.  Through the whole process, she was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She really went above and beyond the call to make sure that my husband and I's every question was answered. Sandy responded immediately to our texts, and set up showings as soon as I asked.
